MARTINA
“The thread that binds us”
My name is Martina and I am the more emotional soul of Lavender Haze Events, a project born from a love of authentic emotions, curated details and stories worth telling.
I was born in Vittorio Veneto and grew up in these beautiful surroundings, which I know deeply and continue to choose every day as the perfect setting for unique and unforgettable events. A place close to my heart is Scotland, with its history, its timeless atmospheres and the charm of Celtic wedding rites, which I find incredibly intense and symbolic.
I worked for years in the events industry and in close contact with people. This taught me that the human connection is at the heart of everything. For me it is essential to listen, understand and build a relationship of trust: only then can I truly give my best.
I have always been a dreamer, especially when it comes to love. In this I have been fortunate — I met my other half and recently got married. Experiencing a wedding "from the other side" was incredible… That is why, dear brides, I truly understand you — I know what it means to organise everything, manage emotions, expectations and a thousand details.
Difficult moments have taught me never to take anything for granted, to look after every detail, to be clear and not to postpone. The details, even the ones that often go unnoticed, are what make an event truly successful.
My goal is always the same: to spark that special feeling. To help without imposing, to guide without overpowering, to be present when needed and invisible in everything else. Because your event should speak of you, not of me.

“Love and change the world”
My name is Elena, I am the more rational soul of Lavender Haze Events, and I was born and raised in the Treviso area, in a setting of sincere bonds, authentic traditions and genuine values. This is where my way of being and working comes from: human, spontaneous and deeply connected to people.
I am a sunny, confident and fun person. Making people feel at ease comes naturally to me, and it is one of the things I love most about my work as an event planner.
I love helping, listening to and supporting others. Truly listening to people's needs, dreams and desires is what allows me to bring authentic, bespoke projects to life — projects that tell a real story. To create something special you need to learn to hear the words between the lines.
What I love most, and always have, is music. It has been part of me for as long as I can remember. In my family, art has always been essential and present — from my great-grandfather who was a painter right through to today — passing on to me the deep value of creativity as a form of expression and connection.
My favourite colour is orange: it is the lens through which I see the world. To me it represents energy, creativity and joy.
I deeply believe that love is one of the most powerful feelings that exist — not just in a romantic sense. Everything, when done with love, can lead to extraordinary results: a corporate meeting that conveys passion leaves a lasting impression; a baby shower is the celebration of the fruit of a love that grows.
